South High Bison Summer Lifting Schedule

The 2014 Summer Weight Lifting Schedule has been released, please see the schedule below. There is also a link you can select to print the June schedule if needed. The July Weight Lifting Schedule is considered Tentative and is also listed below. There are important Football dates for football players to know about listed as well. The lifting schedule is for all Cheyenne South High Bison Student-Athletes.

Remember, you cannot get better by just waiting until the regular season athletic schedule begins. These offseason workouts are designed to get each athlete better during the offseason, so when the regular season practices begin, it’s just a matter of fine tuning. Hard work, dedication and pride … that is what all Bison Athletes have.
